Here’s the top 10 Urban Living homes from this past year (by looking at how much traffic homes we blogged about received, filtering out our own listings).
#1. The Most Unique Loft at Monique
This is the loft I almost bought instead of Trace Lofts way back when. After seeing it again this year in person, I definitely had some second thoughts. What a great loft!
#2. 80 S Jackson Penthouse
For those with a larger budget, this is definitely one of the top five? top three? coolest lofts in the city. I loved it.
#3. The Fort Ward Bunker House
We’ve seen a lot of houses in the area, and this is the first that sits atop an old military bunker.
#4. Remodeled 70s Contemporary
Saw this in person and loved it. Amazing backyard with pizza oven!
#5. Fremont Lofts
Fremont Lofts is a great boutique community by Bill Parks. He’s the one who built the recently launched Lee Street Lofts.
#6. Live/Work Modern Loft at the Gallery
Blog readers seem to love live/work…
#7. The Birthplace of Amazon
Certainly not the usual style of home we feature on here, but clearly people were interested in the local historical significance.
#8. Good Looking Townhomes in Highland Park
We need more good looking townhomes like these!
