Yet Another Trace Lofts Loft

I’ve lost track of how many lofts have turned hands this summer at Trace Lofts, there has been that many! (Actually it is 6 in the last six months and two more are pending. There are 42 units in the building.) There isn’t anything wrong with the building that I, as an owner in the building, know of. I think owners are just taking advantage of the high demand for condos, especially lofts, considering that there is almost no supply.

Loft #307 is a little larger at 677 square feet than the two that are pending. Being on the third floor means you get views of Mount Rainier, something I wish my second floor loft had :).

Listed at $425k it sold for $354k new in 2007.
