Located in downtown Seattle’s Belltown neighborhood, Gallery is offering a 3 percent buyer bonus on all new contracts and has reduced its prices.

    Buyers can purchase a new home priced at $230,000 with a $6,900 down payment. Gallery representatives expect that the 3 percent buyer bonus will cover all closing costs.

    Of the community’s 231 condos, 14 remain for sale. Among them is Home 308, which is priced at $230,000. The 603-square-foot home has an open design that includes one bedroom and one bath.

    The home features Gallery’s signature entertainment center, which separates the bedroom and living area. It includes a wardrobe, shelving and a center console that swivels around to face different rooms — convenient for television viewing in either the living room or the bedroom.
