What winter break?

The real estate market usually slows down this time of year for President’s Day long weekend and midwinter break, when everyone with kids go to Hawaii or Whistler, but not this year! For instance, we had clients offer on this $925K Central District home, which received 13 offers! Meanwhile, this $1.4M Queen Anne home received only four offers, three of which were cash; it is pending for over $1.6M. On the other hand, we had a buyer get this Queen Anne condo under list price, and we negotiated a nice credit for our buyer of this Eastlake condo.
Noteworthy sales last week
