Westland Manor: Best photos ever
Urban Living reader Ming went and visited Westland Manor at 16th and John this morning and had this to report.

They’re looking to finish end of March, units are 650-690 sqft (with two 2-bed units at around 820 sqft).
Prices are $320-$344, with the 2 bed units around $420.
Kitchen is small, but rest are decent sized, with a lot of storage in most units (plus storage unit in main floor). No d/w, no w/d (common laundry room).
No parking, people will get 1 yr free, and the first 13 units get first right of refusal to 13 spots that are attached (or semi attached) but retained by the current building owner for rental.
Price seems a little high for no parking, but I guess they’re trying to comp with Betsy Ross, which apparently sold out pretty quick last year (but now there are units on the market).
