Sorry for the stoppage in blog posts. Bernard is busy with school or something, Phil moved to Port Townsend and I just needed a break!
As some of you know, this is a labor of love that usually does not break even financially, so I sometimes question why I spend all these hours writing about real estate. But then along comes a sweet loft that gets me back in the game.
