You will get slightly higher end finishes in Mezzo than Plaza Del Sol. Mezzo’s interior features hardwood floors, tile flooring in the bathroom, granite slab countertops, zebrawood cabinets, and stainless steel appliances.
Sounds like the finishes are higher end then what I got at the Meritage, which I find pretty disappointing. However, the Mezzo’s exterior is definitely not to my liking and while the floorplans look well laid out the square footages are small (and yes, it’s still a conversion no matter how much granite they put in there). Though it’s hard to really comment on lay out and square footage without getting inside and touring the units.
Wendy also mentions it’s the same convertor as Plaza Del Sol. In which case I wonder why they didn’t wait until Plaza Del Sol was sold out before bringing this project online since they will be competing for the same customers?
