Not surprisingly new listings are slowing, but it is worth noting that buyer demand continues to be strong with Seattle averaging around 300 homes going under contract a week.

While listings slowed, still some good ones hitting the market – like this Eric Cobb in West Seattle, a $3m custom home in Queen Anne, an artsy Magnolia mid-century, a MCM in Greenwood and a MCM time capsule in Haller Lake.
Waterfront mid-century fans – don’t miss this $7m 1943 Kirkland home or this $5.5m 1958 Bellevue one. Hopefully someone doesn’t tear them down!
Condo fans – there’s a penthouse loft at Veer, or a one-bedroom at the Four Seasons that has never been lived in after 12 years (!?).
