Waterside Eastlake down to one home in first two phases, best yet to come

Waterside in Eastlake is a 27 townhome unit development that is one unit away from selling out their first two phases of 20 homes.

At 27 homes, Waterside seems like the largest townhome development we’ve ever seen in Eastlake. It is also one of the best-located townhome sites that we’ve seen in years. Most new townhomes pop up on Franklin, Yale or Minor. This is a huge site with homes on Fairview, Lynn and Minor. The homes on Fairview are just across from Lake Union.

The last unit left in both phases one and two is 2239 Minor Ave E, Unit E a 2 bed, 2.5 bath 1,259 square foot townhome priced at $1,025,000 with a garage.

Their final, and best phase, is phase 3 the “Lakeshore Townhomes”. It is made up of 7 townhomes that face west onto Fairview Ave E giving these townhomes the best views of downtown, Lake Union and the Eastlake floating home community. The homes are generously sized ranging from 1,559 to 1,630 square feet. All are three bedrooms with 3 or 3.5 bathrooms and off-street parking. Completion in 2022.
