Waterfront Mid-Century Modern
Phil found us another cool home, though this one isn’t very Urbn (it is in Burien) but we just couldn’t say no to a waterfront mid-century modern.
Found this when I was looking for more beachfront property, had to extend the search to Burien so it’s really suburban.

Too low a bank for my taste, water lapping at your doorstep low, but I would love to have this house elsewhere.
12263 Shorewood Lane is 3 beds, 1.75 bath and 2,900 square foot. Only $999,950. After 49 days on the market it has already had a price reduction. It certainly looks like it needs some updating, but I’m sure it’d be a fun project :).
