The waterfront Magnolia treehouse is back on the market!
Last year it hit the market for $475k, but after not selling after a few price reductions, it was taken off the market.
The value is really in the land. But just how valuable is the land? If you recall, last year we took a trip down Perkins Lane to see just how challenging it would be to build and the answer was, very challenging, there is no road!
Now priced at $139k, it seems like a bargain for a quarter-of-an-acre of in-city waterfront until you do the math on what it will take to put in a road, utilities and custom build a home.
