4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 3,602 square feet. 5,237 square foot lot. Sold in 1994 for $793k and in 2002 for $1.595m. Now listed at $2.595m.
We find the fireplace, staircase railing, builtins and some bathrooms a little too traditional though.
We’re going to go out on a limb and say this one is overpriced.
