This contemporary home at 617 33rd Ave E, near Washington Park, caught my eye yesterday. 1,770 square feet, 3 bedrooms but only 1 bathroom. “Need bigger? Exansion potential galore!”
It last sold in March 2009 for $613k after first hitting the market for $890k in August of 2008. Sadly it looks like the current homeowner painted over all the exposed wood.
Looking at comparable sales I feel it is a tad over priced…
