Thanks for coming out Thursday night! I hope you enjoyed checking out the penthouse at 1111 E Pike. Word is that it is going pending very very soon.

My favorite part of the evening was when a couple who lost a bidding war for a loft at 1310 E Union met the guy who beat them out. And yes, the rumors are true. There is an issue with 1310 E Union and it is going to be wrapped for part of the summer.
