Urban Green Villa Breaks Ground
Chainqui Development, the Taiwanese firm behind a 132-unit condo building in Belltown, has broken ground according to the DJC, Chainqui breaks ground on 2401 Third.
They also noted that the building designed by GWest Architecture, has gone from 110, to 116 to now 132 units.
There are now four condo buildings under construction. The other three are – Gridiron in Pioneer Square, Hendon in Phinney Ridge and U-Place in the U-Distrct. Nexus will break ground this coming Tuesday.
Update: a real-estate insider thinks this is going to go apartment, not condo :(.
