Urban Green Villa – 116 Condos at 2401 3rd Ave
116 condos are coming to Belltown at 2401 3rd Ave (3rd and Battery) thanks to Taiwanese development company, Chainqui Development.
The proposed building is is a 12-story mid-rise with 5,000 square feet or etail and 112 parking spots. The architect is local firm, GWest Architecture, and Lotus Landscape Design of Bellevue is the landscape architect.
While we like the idea of green walls at the street and upper levels and terrace and pocket gardens on upper levels we’re not hot on the name.
