Update on High School finishes

Got an email giving an update on Queen Anne High School:

For the homes at the school, two color schemes are available, and the homes are being finished half with rich cherry cabinets and half with crisp white cabinets with beadboard detail. The kitchens in most homes have been reconfigured to include a work island, and they feature glass upper cabinet inserts, slab granite countertops with a rolled edge, stainless steel appliances, a farmhouse-style sink, and full-height tile backsplash.

Where possible, the original hardwood floors have been restored and refinished to a shining maple. Most homes have new hardwood floors with an inset of carpet in the living room. The millwork package is a handsome cherry with three- and six-panel cherry doors throughout the home interiors.

Sales start late August/early September.
