Loft fans, there are now two lofts at 80 S Jackson! One hit the market a few weeks ago but we couldn’t get permission to blog it, we did get permission to blog unit #201, that just hit the market and looks sweet.
It has the hallmarks of a true loft, tall ceilings, exposed brick, big windows, and best of all, it has been recently remodeled. Run don’t walk to see this one! It has no offer deadline and is looking at offers as they come. Note that last week quite a few lofts hit the market and they all quickly went pending.

Listed at $499k it is 851 square feet with one bedroom and a 3/4 bath. It last sold in 2015 for $390k but looks like it didn’t hit the MLS and sold off market. Prior to that it sold for $357 in April of 2006.
