Hot on the heels of selling out and having no units for sale, #405, just came on the market for $395,000 for 795 square feet (or $484/sq. ft.)
The place has a good floor plan and two balconeys:
But a poor location. It faces Trace North and the balcony faces Citizen (aka the Precision Tune apartments).
The unit was bought brand new in September 2007 for $400k. I worry about its current price as #407 sold recently for $293,000. While #407 is smaller (703 versus 795 square feet) it does have nice south views it is also way cheaper on a per square foot basis ($417/sq. ft. versus $484/sq. ft.).
