Trace Lofts Frenzy

Word is that Trace Lofts #202 is going to go pending later tonight or tomorrow. After 3 days on the market there were 19 offers, the winning one all cash. Even I had five different people reach out to me about it. Many asking about the noise at 12th and Madison (my answer, get a noise machine and an A/C unit.) Personally, I would have waited until Sunday to accept an offer.

So if you missed out on #202 at Trace Lofts. Don’t despair, #209 at Trace North just hit the market. Similarly sized, it is a 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, 601 square foot unit. Oddly they priced at $330k. $30k more even though it is 60 square feet smaller, no view, and less character. It does have a patio though. We’ll be curious to see what it sells for.
