Totally Remodeled Mid-Century Modern in Enatai
Better late than never!
We (finally) got permission to write about (yes, we need to get permission for all the places we write about, it’s a drag), 3015 107th Place SE, a mid-century modern in Bellevue’s Enatai.
Built in 1952 and completely updated, it is quite the home. We love the exposed glue-lam beam, steel fireplace surround, clean-lined kitchen. Interesting to see that they went with tile (which looks like wood), throughout. Great if you have dogs, or kids, or would otherwise be hard on your hardwood floors.
Sitting on over a quarter-of-an-acre, the 2,820 square foot home has 3 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms.
It is listed at $2.25m and we’re a little surprised it hasn’t sold yet!
