Toll Brother’s 58 Townhomes on Queen Anne

Toll Brother’s is busy with site prep at 901 W McGraw, the old Seattle Children’s Home site at 9th and McGraw on the west slope of Queen Anne. When we drove by yesterday they had demolished nearly everything and were grading the site.

We hear that sales are likely to start for at least some of the 58 townhomes they have planned as soon as this spring.
