This weekend is the grand opening for Isola Home’s 26-home project at Haller Lake, City 26.

It is both Saturday and Sunday from 12:00 pm to 6:00 pm with Veraci Pizza there on Saturday making pizzas onsite in their wood-fired oven at 13730 Wayne Place.

Some of the features for this community are five different floor plans for this community of 26 homes, eco-conscious James Hardie siding, modern etched glass panel garage doors, hardwood flooring throughout main floor, extremely efficient Niagara Conservation 0.8 gpf toilets (better than dual flush toilets), The first modern single family community in Seattle with fiber optics system for faster and more reliable connection, HRV systems with ductless mini split, Blown-in insulation.
