The Slater Reverts Back to Apartments

The Slater, a nine-year old apartment building that was converted to condos is reverting back to an apartment. They started sales back in March but must have failed to gain traction as a condo as the listings in the building were all recently canceled and word is that it will go back to being rented out.

The Slater is the second apartment building to be converted to condos only to be converted back to apartments. The first was the Stanton in Ballard.
