The Slater

The Slater, started its life ten years ago as an apartment building at 11415 Slater Ave NE. Recently purchased by Magma Equities for $16.2m, it is being converted to condos that range in size from 541 to 1,120 square feet with an average price of a little under $700 a square foot.

Their website lists starting prices as:

Studios: $395k+
1 bedrooms: $469k+
2 bedrooms: $679k+

As well they have three units on the MLS:

#211 – $395,000 for a 541 square foot studio
#203 – $469,000 for a 716 square foot one bedroom
#303 – $479,000 for a 725 square foot one bedroom

Sales start March 23rd.

This is the second conversion this cycle, the first was the Stanton in Ballard, which failed to sell any units and was converted back to an apartment.
