#2 – Koda
Koda, the 17-story 201-unit condo building at 450 S Main St in the International District came in second place with 29 homes sold last year. Built in 2021, Koda still has many new homes available if you’re looking for a brand new condo.
#3 Insignia
Insignia, the 41-story, twin tower, 698 unit mega condo is the oldest on the list, it was built in 2015, but none-the-less it had 28 sales last year.
#4 Nexus
Nexus, the 41-story 389-unit condo in Denny Triangle, had 21 sales last year. Built in 2020, the Nexus still has many new homes available if you’re looking for a brand-new condo.
