The Emerald starts closings

The Emerald, the 40-story 265-unit new condo building at 121 Stewart St started closing units this week enabling a lucky few homeowners ring in the new year in their new condo.

Since Emerald is 35% sold they’re closing the cash buyers first as they work towards the required amount of presales for their preferred lenders. Though buyers financing with Chase, depending on down payment amount, can close sooner rather than later.

We have four buyers at the Emerald and are excited for them to get into their new homes!
