Summer School at West Queen Anne
Urban Living has noticed that there’s a great new class every semester at WQAS, and this summer is no exception. Unit #201, a 766 square foot 1 bedroom, 1 bath was just added to the roster. At $365,000, reports that tuition is skyrocketing appear to be true. Unit #302, though smaller, sold last month for just $200,000, and other area comps are also well below the $300,000 mark.
However, I must admit that this one might qualify as teacher’s pet. Elegant styling prevails in the open living area with formal entry, 13 foot ceilings, and enormous windows overlooking manicured lawns. The updated kitchen features a glamorous stainless backsplash, and the black staircase up to the bedroom loft is quite dramatic. If you visit, let us know what grade you’d give it.
