Spire Up To 115 Reservations

Thanks to the person who sent us an update on Spire reservations. Spire is the 352 unit condo building at 600 Wall St. Our source said the bottom room of units was converted to storage units so we didn’t count that in the 115.

I’m surprised to see the penthouse floors already entirely reserved. Or perhaps they were held back.

Update: we’ve heard that the second row of units are being held back as they’re posted on the MLS so we’ve reduced the number from 125 to 115.
