Slow week for new listings, but this Bainbridge house is a stunner
Hot on the heels of the busiest week for new listings, buyers were busy putting many new listings under contract last week. However, last week was slow for sellers with few opting to list ahead of a long weekend (no surprise!) With June starting this week, we now have about four more weeks of prime real estate season before the summer slowdown hits.
Congrats to our most recent buyers who got the keys to a home in Pigeon Point right before the long weekend. Remarkably it was 30 days from our initial coffee meeting to closing on a $1m single-family home; that never happens!
