Another One Slips Past
How did we miss 1929 15th Ave E when it hit the market in June? And how did we miss it when it hit the market four days ago at a lower price? Regardless of how, we certainly did miss it and now it is pending. Not that I could afford it at $1.279 million. But it is 3,282 square feet of north Capitol Hill modern goodness with views of Lake Washington.
