A cool mid-century just hit the market in Seward Park at 5112 S Juneau St. It has some nice features like sustainable cork flooring and a custom barn door. According to their agent, Chad Dierickx, the owners have created a revenue stream by using their 3rd bedroom as an Airbnb generating around $1,700 a month (!!!). I like the open main floor layout and corner fireplace. It’s rare to have a true master in houses of this vintage, which is a nice plus too.
