Seward Park Farmhouse

We’ve already seen a handful of “urban farmhouses” or “modern farmhouses” this year, and I suspect we’ll see a few more. I think they’re a welcome break from the modern Seattle box we’re seeing so much of.

This one in Seward Park at 7339 Seward Park Ave S looks to be a pretty nice one.

We love the exposed steal I-beams, spacious modern kitchen, dark floors, and there is a legal detached accessory dwelling unit for guests/office/nanny. Plus they’re targeting Built Green 5-star.

Listed at $1.175m it is 3,234 square feet with five bedrooms and 3.5 baths on a 6,000 square foot lot.

Would be great to see more places like this.
