See the Wedgewood home that went 39% over!?

For those with kids, welcome back from midwinter break! The end of mid-winter break typically marks the beginning of the spring real estate market (yes, technically, it is still winter…). So buyers, if you haven’t found what you’re looking for yet, be patient and don’t despair; new listings are coming! As for sellers, it’s time to get your house prepped and on the market if you want to sell in the first half of the year.
We started this week with our buyers beating out just one other offer for this Kirkland contemporary. However, they had to pay over 7% to get it (and waive all the usual contingencies)!
