Wow, the weather today was amazing! We were fortunate to be outside most of the day shooting a YouTube video at First Light and another on a Lake Union houseboat. When not shooting videos, we helped our 9th buyer get a good deal at Spire on a high-floor one-bedroom (Spire just hit 300 sales with 40 left to go), a buyer get under contract on a Tukwila condo, and our Kenmore listing received multiple offers.
Heads up, the data from last week shows we had a lot of new listings and fewer buyers than the week before. This could be troubling (for sellers) if this becomes a trend.
This is wild – someone paid $400K for a new condo at Koda in 2021. They tried to sell it a few months ago for $330K, but it wasn’t selling, so they cut the price to $200K, and it just closed at $275K.
