See the Madrona home with 18 offers

The newsletter is a day late because we couldn’t send it without showing you our two newest listings – a $1.1M loft at 1310 E Union, my favorite modern loft building in the city, and a super cute $270K houseboat in Fremont!
With new listings up and the number of homes going pending almost flat, you might wonder if buyers are still out there—they are! This home in Madrona had 18 offers on it last week, so 17 buyers are still looking for a $1M home in Madrona (the cheapest home in Madrona is currently $2.2M).
