The summer slowdown is real! At least in Seattle, but the Eastside is surprisingly busy (see the charts below). The buzz amongst agents is we’re not just seeing the usual summer slowdown, but buyers are also hitting the breaks anticipating rates will come down in the fall (even though mortgage rates are the lowest they’ve been in months.)
