Seattle weekly wrap-up: just above 200 new listings last week
New listings declined 16% week-over-week so we only saw a little over 200 new listings last week. Buyers are still busy though! One offer we wrote was on a circa 2006 Capitol Hill townhome and it had 6 offers and went 10% over asking. Looks like other buyers were more successful than us – 282 listings went pending last week. If you want to be in a home for the holidays, you’re running out of time!
The only listing of those 212 new listings to catch our eye is a Kundig Olson-designed remodel of a condo at the Watermark. Outside Seattle, we like this rustic waterfront getaway on Lopez Island and of course a loft at the Pass.
We recently took a hardhat tour of Infinity Shoreclub on Alki to check out the views (they’re great!); they’ve sold 2 of their 37 units. And checked in at Waterside in Eastlake (one left in the first two phases).
P.S. did you see Westbank is suspending a Boeing 747 in one of their buildings and using it as an office?
