What’s going on in the Seattle Sunday Times? Well I feel like lots of projects that are advertising are a little desparate. There definitely are some deals to be had with no homeowners, mortgage paid for 3-6 months, buyer bonuses, etc. I also feel like there are a lot of projects that are not in downtown Seattle. Next time I have some free time I’ll have to create lists for Bellevue, Kirkland and Redmond.

Bolero: ‘Models now selling’ – They must be down to the last few units at this conversion
Harwood: ‘No mortgage payments for 6 months. No homeowners dues for one year!’ – Okay they sound really desparate
Mosler Lofts: ‘90% sold. 16 Premium homes remain!’
Noma: ‘Over 80% Sold’
Plaza Del Sol: ‘Last Chance Only 8 Left!’
