Lofts: Fix/Madore
Built in 1910, the Fix/Madore condo community is comprised of two buildings situated on Western Avenue just north of the Pike Street Hillclimb. The Fix building, a red-brick former furniture factory, was transformed into loft residences in the 1970s and 1980s. Homes at the Fix/Madore feature exposed brick, high wood-clad ceilings, lofted bedrooms and huge windows. Several of the units also feature expansive views of Elliott Bay and the Olympic Mountains. Nestled steps from Pike Place Market and the waterfront, residents of the Fix/Madore have the entire city at their fingertips.
