Gridiron is a 107-unit new construction condominium building in Seattle’s Pioneer Square neighborhood that infuses history with modernity. The glass-sheathed residences were constructed from the ground up starting in 2015, while carefully preserving the brick façade of the Johnson Plumbing building—originally constructed in 1903. Completed in March 2018, many of the Gridiron’s homes and shared amenities—which include a rooftop terrace, penthouse club and kitchen and pet lounge and play area—offer views of the skyline, Puget Sound and the Olympic Mountains. Units in the Gridiron are an average size of 760 square feet, each created to boast calm, contemporary palates with quality finishes and energy-efficient appliances.
