The Colonial Grand Pacific is a historic mixed-use building located in the heart of downtown Seattle along bustling 1st Avenue. Built in 1902, the building has been recognized as “one of Seattle’s finest examples of Richardson Romanesque commercial architecture” by the Office of Urban Conservation. The landmark structure is within just a few blocks of the Seattle Art Museum, Pike Place Market, Benaroya Hall and the Seattle waterfront. The building’s homes offer brick walls, tall, lofted-ceilings, and exposed heavy timber beams. Many homes at the Colonial Grand Pacific feature prominent views of the bustling Seattle waterfront, Puget Sound and the Olympic Mountains.
