KODA Seattle Overview

Located in Seattle’s historic Chinatown-International District, construction at the KODA condominium building began in 2019. The building offers ground floor shopping and dining, as well as unbeatable access to mass transit options. About Matt Goyer, the Koda Guide Author and Real Estate Agent

I love the Koda! It is one of my favorite new condo buildings in Seattle. Why?

  • More affordable than Emerald, Spire and Graystone
  • Lots of amenities
  • Tons of transit nearby

I’ve been following it since it launched attending the first party and helping clients who camped overnight.
