The Elektra is a sixteen story concrete high-rise built in 1957. It is known as one of the most fashionable places to live because of its location, design and amenities. The building was extensively remodeled in the mid-1990s prior to being converted to condominiums, and the Elektra remains both an affordable and excellent place to live. Located on the east side of Capitol Hill between Capitol Hill, downtown, and First Hill, the Elektra provides quick and easy access to the Pike/Pine Corridor, Broadway, and Pike Place Market. Numerous bars, restaurants, shops and attractions are within walking distance, including the Paramount. Shared amenities include rooftop decks, a community rec room and a guest suite.
