Built in 2015, Insignia Towers is a two-tower, 698-unit condo building in Seattle’s Denny Regrade neighborhood near Belltown and South Lake Union. Developed by Nat Bosa, the 41-story condo community takes up an entire city block where Belltown and South Lake Union intersect at 6th Street and Bell Street. The luxury towers offer one-, two- and three-bedroom homes (with and without dens) ranging in size from 737 to 2,311 square feet.
