Sanctuary: 6 of 12 Units Pending

The finally finished project, Sanctuary, relaunched in January with a public open house and quickly saw reservations on several units. According to a press release on Friday, six are now under contract with first move-ins expected the third week of March.

The most and least expensive units are now claimed ($1.3M & $520K). Remaining units range from $730K to just under $1M but for how much longer? The press release mentions more offers are expected in the coming week.
