Today we stumbled upon Roost Bainbridge, a new community on Bainbridge Island in Lynwood Center conceived by Indigo Architecture & Interiors.
A multi-phased development, phase 1A featured 10 standalone homes, which are all sold. Phase 1B, features 12 live+work townhomes now selling. And the second phase features 15 200 square foot bunk homes close to the water.
Below is a look at unit A220 which is 2,481 square feet with 3 bedrooms and 1 bedroom. It is priced at $1,515,000. The homes embrace loft living with reclaimed brick from Pioneer Square and a huge great room. Great bonus, it is solar ready.
