I got an e-mail reminder that today is my Rollin Street purchase and sale appointment. Again, it really snuck up on me! Has anyone else gone to their appointment? Did you purchase? How are sales going? If you didn’t use your appointment, why not?

They’ve reserved about 30-35 units since Monday. The reservations are all over the map and include some penthouses. I think $/sqft is very reasonable on the west side of the building.

I like the views from 1102… Nice view of Lake Union. Where did all the cranes go that are in the 1002 scrolling view photo? Which photos are newer? Is stuff being built to the north that is going to block the view of the lake? Even when I click on the “views” part of their website the cranes aren’t there.

Color me confused.

OUCH! Just got a list of optional upgrades for Rollin. A bit more spendy than anticipated. Nice, but spendy. That’s something that can be overlooked when purchasing new construction — all the upgrades that DO have to be done during construction like extra wiring for lights, blinds, speakers, etc…

Oh yah, and you have to pay NOW! Yikes, But I guess you can roll the costs in to the final purchase price.
