Rent My Place at Trace Lofts
My loft at Trace Lofts is up for rent!
Trace Lofts at 1408 12th Avenue on Capitol Hill was built in 1919 and has enjoyed a colorful history, housing both an athletic equipment company and an order of Tibetan monks. In 2007 it was converted from a vintage warehouse to condos by GTS Development. Johnson Architecture + Planning designed the renovation to resemble an antique dresser, with a two-story glass-and-steel addition sitting atop the building like a jewelry box blending the past and present.
My unit, #201 is a one bedroom, 880 square foot corner unit facing both south and west.
What I love about the loft is the exposed brick, tall ceilings, large windows (with solar shades), south and west exposure, original car decking ceiling, reclaimed Douglas fir floors, old elevator door that was turned into a bedroom door. I also love the location, everything you could imagine is within walking distance.
It is for rent for $3,000 a month. That includes parking and a storage unit. Available June 1st.
