Wow, unit #307 at the 19th Avenue Lofts went pending fast! Hit the market Wednesday and is already pending today (Thursday).
I can certainly see why a nicely updated loft here would go fast as most lofts that come up for sale in this building, which was built in 2004, haven’t been updated, and after 15 years, many of them should be updated…
In terms of updates, they put a new kitchen in with custom teak cabinets, Viking, Bosch and Liebherr appliances. The new kitchen makes room for a dining room table that seats 12!
